Linda's obituary
We regret to announce the passing of Linda Fehd on October 14, 2024. Born on September 7, 1947, Linda lived a rich and fruitful life characterized by her warm, witty, kind-hearted and forgiving personality. She was a beacon of inspiration to all those who knew her and will be dearly missed.
Linda was a devoted volunteer at the esteemed service organization, Meals on Wheels. Her compassionate nature and inexhaustible spirit proved to be an asset in ensuring the success of the organization. Her favorite music was Country, a genre that perfectly embodied her lively spirit and her love for storytelling.
A proud woman of many interests, Linda found the world in her own home. She enjoyed playing games like Bingo and Canasta, and her love for baking was only surpassed by the joy she found in painting and playing cards. Her recreational activities were a mirror reflection of her dynamic personality, displaying her innate ability to find joy in the simplest of activities.
Linda found her purpose in serving others, and this was evident in her fervent support for Meals on Wheels. She believed in making mistakes, learning from them, and moving on, a life lesson she constantly imparted on her loved ones.
Her proudest accomplishments reside not in material possessions but in the love she fostered amongst her family. Linda leaves behind her daughters Lisa Rizer and Christina Fehd, as well as six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, a testament to the large and loving family she helped nurture.
Linda was predeceased by her father Edward Fehd, her mother Gladys Fehd, and her brother Danny Fehd. Her memory, however, will live on in the hearts of all those who were fortunate enough to have known her.
Even though Linda's physical presence will no longer grace us, her spirit will forever resonate in the lives she touched. We will remember her for her infectious laughter, her unwavering optimism, and her unparalleled generosity. Rest in peace, dear Linda. Your memory will forever be treasured.
