Linda Darnell Robinson, age 76, of Winter Haven, Florida, passed away on May 4, 2025.

Linda was a vibrant and strong-willed woman who deeply loved her family and brought energy and humor to every room she entered. She was the proud mother of five children—Marsha Thurman, Mark Ballard, Tracy Ashworth (deceased), Lucy Needham, and Lorrie Ives—and the beloved grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

She spent the last ten years of her life in Winter Haven, where she found joy in being outdoors, especially caring for her many plants. Whether with her family, in her garden, or in everyday conversations, Linda had a way of making an impact—bold, loving, and unapologetically herself. She also loved Jesus and found comfort in listening to old gospel music that lifted her spirit.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her, and her legacy of strength, humor, and devotion to her family will never be forgotten.

A memorial service will be held at United Community Church, 2301 Noralyn Mine Rd, Bartow, FL 33831, on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
