Background
The Incredible staff at Colonial Health and Rehab in Plainfield, CT. has been so attentive, caring and suppotive of my mother over the many times that she was there including being a full time resident since October. She made many friends, helping clients to settle in, leading card groups and caring for one another. She toouch many lives here and we want to have remembered for the incredible and loving person she was by creating this memorial fund.
