Linda Kay Chumley born 11/16/53 to Evelyn Rosalia Birmingham and James Alexander Stevens in Houston, TX. Died 8/22/22. Survived by sister Patricia Mason; daughters Kimberly Chumley - Curda and Shelly Rex; grandchildren Kayla McGinnis, Elizabeth Curda, and Vivian Curda. Linda graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1971. She was a baker both personally as a wife and mother and professionally as a bakery manager. Linda loved plants and nature and had a green thumb. She was an avid Houston sports fan, the Astros being her favorite to watch. Linda loved the beach and the family went often. She was an animal lover and activist as she owned a variety of animals throughout her life. Linda was loved by many. She will be deeply missed.
