Linda's obituary

Linda Anne (Kreski) Burgoyne, 79, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2024 in Cedar Park, Texas after a two-year journey with Lewy Body Dementia. Up until the end, Linda maintained her spunk, beauty, and love of family. She was born in Hamilton, Ontario  on February 03,1945 to Walter Lawrence and Marie Maraschak Kreski. She was the youngest of 3. She met and married her husband Edward “Ted” Burgoyne and had sons James and Eddie before moving from Canada to El Paso, Texas where they had daughter Tracy. She retired from Stein Mart and enjoyed writing poems and short stories, drawing, painting, listening to Neil Diamond and Elivis, taking her dogs for walks and watching her soap operas. Linda is preceded in death by parents Walter and Marie Kreski, and brother Nick Kreski. She is survived by children James (Elizabeth) Burgoyne, Eddie (Shelly) Burgoyne, and Tracy (Jeff) Burgoyne Reynolds. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren Jason (Kari) Burgoyne, Erica (John) Burgoyne Robbins, Sydney (Kevin) Burgoyne Schrader, Jack, and Taylor Burgoyne, Ashley (Michael) Reynolds Latham, Kirsta and Brant Reynolds; along with her 6 great grandchildren Sofia & Sonny Schrader, Lily, John, Brooke and Amber Latham, sister Rose Kreski Maziarz, nephew Matthew (Angela) Maziarz, niece Suzanne Maziarz, and great niece Zoe Maziarz.
