Linda's obituary
Linda Ann (Iskerka) Klipp, 71, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2025 at her home in North Aurora after a 14-year battle with cancer. Linda was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in the lungs and eventually the brain.
Linda was a gifted and talented seamstress/dressmaker. She made dresses for bridal parties, leather garments, furs, vintage clothing, costumes, Victorian gowns for custom made dolls, and even cat toys. She started her own business “The Perfect Stitch” where she specialized in taking a mother’s bridal dress and making it into the daughter’s bridal dress.
She is survived by her husband Ken and daughter Vicki of North Aurora, her brother Richard (the late Linda) Iskerka of Elgin, sisters Sue (Kevin) Hopper of Kingston, Mary Iskerka of Prairie View and Christine Iskerka of Woodstock; nieces and nephews, Renee (Ray) Rezek, Ryan (Lisa) Iskerka, Simone Iskerka, Adam Hopper and Dustin Hopper; great nieces and nephews, Abigail, Braden, Cody, Estelle, Rebekah, Kayla and Abbi.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John & Agnes Iskerka, her brother James Iskerka and nephew Jimmy Iskerka Jr.
