Background
Lillie was the heart and soul of our family—a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and even great-great-grandmother. She raised all of her own children, and her love didn’t stop there; Lillie adopted two more children, bringing her family to six kids. Over the years, she also became a guiding light and caregiver for most of her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Lillie’s home was always open, and she did the best she could with what she had, offering unconditional love, wisdom, and support to everyone around her. Her legacy is a family bound together by the values she lived every day: kindness, resilience, and selfless love.
On December 15th, at 7:21 PM, Lillie passed away peacefully at the age of 77, surrounded by her loving family. She made it clear that she wished for a proper burial and did not want to be cremated. Unfortunately, Lillie did not have life insurance, and our family is now coming together to honor her final wishes and give her the farewell she truly deserves.
We are asking for your support to help cover the funeral and burial expenses. Any contribution, no matter the size, will go directly toward ensuring that Lillie’s life is celebrated in the way she wanted. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser with others would mean the world to us.
