Lilibeth "Beth" Cobarrubia passed away surrounded by loved ones on October 17, 2023 at the age of 64 after a long battle with breast cancer.

Beth was born to Pablo and Guillerma Velasco on May 17, 1959 in Tanza, Cavite, Philippines. As a child, she enjoyed making clothes for her dolls and playing outside. Beth met her husband, Armando, in 1981 in the Philippines. They married that same year and went on to have three children. In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother, Beth showcased her many talents through sewing, DIY home improvements and cooking for her loved ones and church community. In her downtime, she enjoyed Korean dramas and most of all, being a grandmother. She’s well known for her generosity and selflessness. Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her. She is survived by her husband, Armando; children, Brian, Stephanie and Aaron; and granddaughter, Eureka.
