It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mr. Lewis Lane, a loving father, compassionate brother, and devoted son. Born on January 27, 1974, Lewis passed away peacefully on September 21, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love and generosity.

Lewis was a beacon of light in the lives of many, always giving more than he received and demonstrating the true meaning of selflessness. His personal motto, "Do unto others as you'd want done for yourself," was not just spoken, but lived daily by him, and offered so many lessons about respect and empathy towards all.

He is survived by his sons; Qualaune Lane, Drelaune Lane, and Jaleel Lane, all of whom he cherished immensely. He has left a void in their lives that no one else can fill, but his teachings and his love will keep guiding them throughout their lives as the ultimate testament to his phenomenal character.

Lewis also leaves behind his mother, Brenda McCuirn, who brought him up with love and instilled in him values that resonated throughout his life. He is survived by his sister, Wytasha Lane, to whom he was not just a brother, but a true friend. His nephews, Tyrese Lane and Terrell Lane, will also miss his presence, guidance, and unending support.

Lewis's love for his family was only surpassed by his love for others. He was a living embodiment of his belief in treating others as he wished to be treated. His legacy of strong love and generosity will continue to live on in the hearts of those he left behind. He will be dearly missed, but his memory will forever be engraved in our hearts.
