Early evening, Friday, September 3, 2021, Lewis Allen Higgins, loving husband, brother, father to 4 children, grandfather of 8 and great grandfather of 2, passed away at the age of 64. Lewis was born on October 4, 1957, in Lawrenceville, Illinois to William (Bill) and Janice (Higgins) Moore. Lewis was a skilled Roofing Contractor and Carpenter. In 1978, he married Beth (Morrow) Williamson. They raised a daughter, Surina (Higgins) Pillay and a son, Scottie Higgins. …
