When I was a little girl, the movie Snow White was released to the theaters. My Brother, Lester, took me to see the movie on Washington Street, Boston, at the RKO Keith Theatre. I'll never forget this; it was a huge experience for me, and I remember how proud I felt going to such a beautiful movie theater with my big brother!
I always remember how much fun Lester was when I was little, and he was funny! Throughout the years, I admired just how kind, thoughtful and generous he was to everyone. He never came to one's home without a gift. Sitting in my cabinet are glass beer mugs that he gave me, so long ago, from the Wursthaus Restaurant in Cambridge, MA. Sitting somewhere in the back of a cabinet is a box of over one thousand drink stirrers that Les gave me one year, don't think I'll ever run out of them! He was certainly a character...a special one! Now, he's with his brothers, Paul, George and Raymond, and his mom, Janine, dearly loved and profoundly missed.
Lester will forever hold a special place in my heart.
