**In Loving Memory of Lester Lee Burton Jr. (LJ)**

*December 28, 1992 – December 31, 2024*

Lester Lee Burton Jr. (LJ), age 32, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at his home in Temple, Georgia. Born on December 28, 1992, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to Lester Lee Burton Sr. and Shirley Lee Brady (Burton), LJ’s presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

LJ was a graduate of Bradley Central High School, and he loved to read, listen to music, fish, and, most importantly, spend time with his family and friends. He was known for his kind heart, his passion for life, and his ability to bring joy to everyone around him.

He is preceded in death by his father, Lester Lee Burton Sr.; his grandmothers, Shirley Marie Cantrell (Fugate) and Revonda Gifford (Crowder); and his grandfather, Lester Leon Burton.

LJ leaves behind his loving mother, Shirley (Poo) Brady; his wife, Re'Chell Burton; his cherished son, Brydon Young; his three sisters, Amanda (Brian) Robinson, Angela (Jimmy) Elliott, and Shelley Shipley (Logan Evans); his brother, Devin Burton; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and other beloved family members.

Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by LJ are invited to join together at Living Waters PCG, 289 NW Hannah Rd, Cleveland, TN 37311, on Saturday, January 18, 2025. The visitation will take place from 4-5 PM, with the service following immediately afterward. This time will be dedicated to reminiscing, grieving, and supporting one another as we honor LJ’s memory.

LJ will forever be remembered for the love and light he brought into the world. May his spirit live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
