Leslie's obituary

Leslie Page Patten-Scipioni, my beloved wife, passed away in my arms Thursday morning December 6, in our home in Montgomery, Texas after successfully fending off cancer for 8 years. She was a musician and athlete; she had a beautiful voice and played piano, and was a swimmer, runner, jet-skier and loved the outdoors.  She had a wonderful taste in decor both in the home and in the garden.

The first part of her career she planned large incentive events which took her all over the globe. Later she was a case worker for Child, then Adult Protective Services who sincerely cared about her clients.  Beyond her degrees and talents, she was the nicest, gentlest, caring person one could meet.

Leslie is survived by her loving husband, Brian Lee Scipioni, her mother, three brothers and three sisters, and her two step-children, Catherine Coral Malgieri and Kane Lee Scipioni, who along with a host of in-laws, loved her very much.

Leslie, may you rest peacefully now with the God in whose hands you placed your faith.
