Leslie's obituary
With deep regret and sorrow, we announce the passing of a beloved mother, niece, aunt, and friend, Leslie White, born on October 19, 1988. Leslie left us too early on December 27, 2023, yet her vibrant spirit will be remembered by all who knew and loved her.
Leslie is mourned by her son Liam Jackson, her Aunt Michaelee Peachee, Uncle James Peachee, Aunt Dawn (Randy) Guardado, Grandmother Shirley Pectol, and Father Harl & Step-mother Karen White. She was predeceased by her Mother, Linda Greathouse.
A viewing to celebrate Leslie's life will be held at Collier's Funeral Home on January 7, 2024, from 4pm-8pm. All who loved Leslie are invited to join in her memory.
Leslie was an alumnus of St. Dominic High School, graduating in 2007. She was a proud mother and adoring friend, having given birth to her son Liam on September 25, 2017.
Leslie attended Faith Church and showcased a deep love for music, which spanned from EDM, Rap, and R&B, among other genres. Known for always searching for new tunes, she was often the first to share the latest hits with her loved ones.
She had a fondness for chick flicks and reality television, with The Kardashians and Vanderpump Rules being among her favorites. A woman with a zest for life, Leslie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, exploring the great outdoors, and the occasional party.
She was an active woman who cherished her gym sessions, meditative practices, and even yoga. With Forrest Park, Ballpark Village, and The Lake Of The Ozarks being among her favorite local spots, Leslie made the most of life in her home state.
An advocate for women's empowerment, Leslie touched many lives and was a beacon of inspiration to all who encountered her. Pink, in its reflection of her sparkling personality, was her color of choice.
She was an embodiment of self-love and self-acceptance, spreading love and kindness wherever she went. Her legacy of selflessness and acceptance will continue to inspire, and she will be deeply missed.
Leslie’s love for life, her son Liam, and her unwavering strength amid life’s trials are among her greatest accomplishments. We will remember her as a woman of great courage, strength and kindness—a truly irreplaceable gem.
