Leonard W. Collins, Jr. , age 73, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, October 7, 2018 at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Hospital, Houston, TX. He was born July 8, 1945 at the Wheatley Providence Hospital in Kansas City, Mo to the proud parents of Leonard William Collins, Sr. and Anna Lucille Collins.
