Leonard's obituary

Leonard W. “Bud” Anderson, Jr of Palm Harbor FL passed away peacefully in his sleep Sept 9, 2019 at the age of 83. Born and raised in Elmira NY in 1935, he moved to FL in 1954 driving a 49 Roadmaster to chase his dreams and realize his goals. He was a Veteran of the National Guard and later went on to work at Hardesty's. Subsequently, he opened his own business named Tampa Business Machines which he was extremely proud of. Finally, he endeavored in a joint business venture with Jim Eldred named Allison Office Equipment, which he eventually retired from. He was married to Margaret A. Bishop, and then later Cynthia Docobo with whom he had a son and a home in Clearwater. He is survived by his only son Leonard W. “Andy” Anderson, III, and also his first loving wife Margaret…with whom he rekindled his love with some years after his divorce. They lived happily together in Palm Harbor until his passing. He was an avid hunter and truly loved his cigars & beer. He was the best father on Earth and is loved immensely by everyone. He will be sorely missed.
