>Leon was born on April 6 1965 to Susan & Leon Mcneill in Charleston SC. After graduating from St. Andrews High School] , he went on to study [business] at [Westpointe]. After graduation, he landed his first job as a office manager for the Holiday Inn bar] for 22 years. In [1992], he met [Rosalyn Deon], and they wed in [1993], going on to have [3] children, [lLatrice Deonna & Breona].


>Leon was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to his than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of [Deonna, Breona Latrice], and [Rosalyn] and always tried his best to support them. Leon was also a passionate [about his family as a whole] and could often be found [Watching football. When he wasn’t at home. Anyone who knew Leon knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. Leon was predeceased by  He is survived by [His mom , wife and children].
