Leo's obituary

Leo Ernest Haines, 60, passed away on Nov. 18 at UIHC after being admitted on the 9th with a blood infection and fluid build up on his lungs. (Heart Complications). 

Leo married Georgia Ann Wilmes on Aug. 8th, 2008 at Morris Park.

Leo graduated from Fairfield high school in 1981. He enjoyed Old Thrashers and Square Dancing. Leo loved hanging out with friends and playing cards. He had a keen eye for finding treasures that others thought was trash. He identified himself as a wildlife population control specialist (hunting). Hog Roast hosting was part of his ability to throw a great party.

Leo will be greatly missed and survived by his wife Georgia and her 8 Children, 1st Wife Vicki and  Daughter Missy and 5 grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren, Brothers: Bill(Bette) Haines & Ron (Heidi) Haines, and a sister Elna Haines.

He is preceeded in death by his parents Ernest (Cowboy) and Mable (Moyer) Haines and two sisters Karla Harvey & Janet Sutter, and many other relatives and close friends.
