盧麗芳 "Sarah" Chi, 69, of Villa Park, CA, passed away on September 07, 2022 after a fierce battle with cancer.

Sarah was born on May 8, 1953 to Binyou & Fang Lu in Taoyuan, Taiwan. After graduating from 臺北市立第一女子高級中學 in 1971, she went on to study International Trade at National Chengchi University. She worked many jobs including being a secretary to the manager at OAK company and a stewardess for China Airlines, but she dedicated …
