I remember when I was younger and me and my parents would go visit Uncle Lee and Aunt Linda and he loved Elvis, he would sometimes even sing some for us. And I heard he use to do Elvis impersonations, but I never got to see him dressed up. But Loved listening to him sing. Love you all. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
One of my favorite memories from my childhood was the ice storm we had back around 2009. My family and I lived in a run down trailer and we had no electricity for 2 weeks. After a few days my mom packed all us kids up and took us to Aunt Linda and Uncle Lee's house (my mom's mom is Linda's twin sister). I had always heard stories about Uncle Lee and how he used to play Mario on the Nintendo with my mom when she was my age. And how he thought she hung the moon and my mom just adored him. We stayed with them for about a week during the ice storm and as if it was straight from my moms memories, he took me in the little play room and taught me how to play Mario on the Nintendo. It is one of my cherished memories. Along with all the others since. I also recall very fondly all the stories about him and his connection with animals. You were a a true wonder. I love you so much Uncle Lee. Take care of Mamaw for us ❤
My deepest condolences to Linda and the family, I know Lee will keep watch over all of us until we are all united again in God's loving kingdom. "Elvis has left the building" love you uncle Lee.
