Lea Mattscheck, a loving mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on April 18, 2025. Born on June 17, 1944, her journey of 80 years was filled with love, laughter, and an unparalleled zest for life.

Lea was predeceased by her son, Treva Mattscheck, her sisters, Barbara Greene and Jane Ethier, and her parents, Mary “Tad” (Waters)and James Glendinning. She is survived by her daughter, Monica Baldwin, and her granddaughters, Keira Baldwin and Cali Mattscheck.

Life was an adventure for Lea, as best encapsulated by her decision to move to Florida in 2003. Her fun-loving and caring personality shone through in every aspect of her life, most notably through her dedication to her family.

Lea had a heart full of love for her family and friends. Her passion for life, the laughter, and love she shared will be sorely missed but fondly remembered by all who were fortunate to know her.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you spend time with your loved ones, laugh a little louder, love a little deeper, and live a little fuller, as Lea so beautifully did.
