Lawrence Whikeart [96], joined his wife, Shirley, and was called home to Heaven, dying in his home on 23 June 2024. Born in Zanesville, Ohio, he served two years in the U.S. Army during World War II. Following the war, he continued his College degree and started working at the Ohio Bell Telephone Company. After retirement, Larry and Shirley moved to SunCity, NV where they enjoyed bingo and the slots they loved so much.  

He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Whikehart; son, Ric; 6 grandchildren, Troy Morgan, Chris Morgan, Eric Morgan, Kara Stephens, Cameron Morgan, and Mia Lee; 5 great-grandchildren, a niece, and 3 nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that you take your Grandfather, Father, or someone you hold dear out to dinner to celebrate the life and wisdom of the family that brought us into the world.
