It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Laurence "Larry" Walkup on April 8, 2023. Born on September 27, 1943, Larry led a life full of devotion to his family and service to his country. 

Laurence is survived by his loving wife, Remidios Walkup, and their  children: Heather LaVoie, Laurena Morehead, Aimee Walkup, and John Walkup. His unwavering love and support for his family will be greatly missed, but his legacy will live on through them.

One of Larry's most impressive accomplishments was his dedicated service in the United States Navy. Serving for 30 years, Laurence's commitment to his country and fellow servicemen and women was a testament to his deep sense of duty and honor. His courage and integrity became an inspiration for many, both within and outside the military.

Larry's memory will be cherished by all those who had the privilege to know him. As we mourn his loss, let us also celebrate the impact he had on the lives of others and remember the love he shared with his family and friends. Rest in peace, Laurence "Larry" Walkup; you will be forever missed.
