Lawrence Seracino, 92, of Burlington, ON, Canada, passed away on January 09, 2023 peacefully in his sleep. Lawrence was born on October 2, 1930 to Elizabeth and Lawrence Seracino in Malta. He went on and enlisted with the Merchant Marines for several years and had terrific memories of those times. He landed a job as an air analyzer for the TTC  kicking off his career with the TTC for 35 years.  He has fond memories of his job and always said that he loved to go to work every day.   In 1952, he met Jessie Portelli  and they wed in 1954, going on to have 2 daughters, Elizabeth and Rita.   After retiring Lawrence  spent his time  working on projects at his house and doing some travelling.  Lawrence was predeceased by his wife Jessie Seracino (nee Portelli) . He is survived by his daughters Elizabeth Noga (nee Seracino), Rita Olejko (nee Seracino), grandchildren Lisa Noga, Mark Passley (grandson-in-law), April Noga, Michael Noga, Krystal Olejko Qaqish  Jack Qaqish (grandson -in-law) and Sean Olejko.  He is also survived by his great grandchhildren, Jaylen Passley (age 22) and Malia Passley (age 13).  He will be sorely missed but we know he has now been reunited with our mom Jessie, the love of his life.
