Lawrence Hendershot Obituary

Lawrence Stanley James Hendershot, known to many as "Larry," passed away on September 8, 2025, in Spring Hill, Florida, at the age of 74. He was born on November 16, 1950, to Florence C. Lewis and George E. Hendershot.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Georgia Hendershot and Florence Piatt. He is remembered by his brothers, George Hendershot (and his late wife Elizabeth) and Frank Hendershot (and his wife Julie). He is also survived by his daughters, Alison Hendershot and Sabrina Hendershot.

Larry leaves behind several nieces and nephews: Georgia Brooks and her husband Bobby Brooks, Lisa Hendershot, Karen Hendershot, Wendy Hendershot, and Dustin Hendershot with his wife Tanya Hendershot.

As well as his grandchildren, great niece and nephew and cousins. A proud veteran, Larry served in the Army Reserves before beginning a career in law enforcement as a police officer for Wilson Borough. His dedication to public service continued through roles at Mortgage America, Century 21, and Suburban EMS.

A celebration of life will be held November 15, 2025 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Blendery Seven Sirens Brewing company located at 1247 Simon Blvd. n108 Easton PA, 18042.

Larry's legacy endures through those whose lives he touched with his service and dedication. May his memory bring comfort to all who knew him.
