Our love and prayers are with y’all. Sister Foote always treaded me kindly at church and as a student in high school. But I also knew to stay on her good side for sure. 😉 Such a wonderful person with many fond memories. She will be missed.

Lavelle’s Christmas Miracle.
Lavelle spent the last month in bed. Out her window she had a beautiful view of a sports field with trees, walking trails, birds and occasional walkers/ joggers passing by. The only down side off to her far left view site, was an ugly dumpster which had an old couch thrown in and half of it was sticking out. As for all of us who know her well, she can’t stand trash and unsightly sites like this couch.
One morning when I opened her curtains, she told me that the only Christmas gift she wanted was for that dumpster to be emptied. I wasn’t t sure how I would be able to fulfill that wish. A few days later, the thought hit me to just go and push it down further into the dumpster. It was a cold/wet day but I was determined to grant her wish.
The couch was wedged tight but off in a distance, I found a green steel fence stake. I finally got it to budge and the couch shifted and fell, but a small portion was still sticking up. It was in the center of this old dumpster and I had no idea how I was going to push it down. I searched for others around to help. There was no one. With earnest prayers in my heart and with strong determination, I tried as hard as I could. I felt the extra strength and knew that with the help of unseen angels, the Lord had granted Lavelle her Christmas wish. To me, it was truly her Christmas miracle ♥️
