Laurie B. Walters-Snyder 53 of Oil City Pa went to be with the Lord Dec,28 2021.
She was the daughter of the late George Walters and Velma Chambers, Walters. She has two sisters Penny Harvey and Barbara Heigley. A brother George Walters all of Oil City. She has two daughters Shannon Knapp of Oil City and Rainee Stotridge of Chillicothe Ohio.
