It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Laura Mezei on June 6, 2025, at the age of 46.
Laura was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend whose kindness, resilience, and warmth touched the lives of all who knew her. Born on May 7, 1979, she brought light and strength into the world that never dimmed, even in the face of life’s greatest challenges.
She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Natalie and Arianna, who were the center of her world and the greatest source of her pride. Laura's love for them was fierce and unwavering, and her legacy lives on through their strength and compassion.
Laura is survived by her mother, Ann Marie, and stepfather Robin; her brothers, Gabe Mezei (Josie) and James Labine; her ex-husband, Nick; and a wide circle of family and friends who will miss her deeply. She was predeceased by her beloved father, Gabe Mezei, whose memory remained close to her heart throughout her life.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Laura’s memory to a cause close to her heart.
She will be remembered always and missed forever.
