King Larry Williams
February 24, 2009 – February 10, 2026
Larry Williams Jr was exactly that — a king in spirit, presence, and heart.
On February 24, 2009, God gifted & entrusted King Larry to Ashley Jones & Larry Williams:Biological father being Trey Willingham, Step Father being Richard Baker. From the very beginning, he was bold, bright, & full of personality.
Larry was baptized at an early age, a testament to the faith that guided him throughout his life. Larry was goofy in the best way, naturally charming, protective, headstrong, artistic, & effortlessly cool. He carried himself with confidence & loved deeply. If you were his, you knew it & he stood ten toes down for the people he cared about. His laughter filled rooms. His creativity spoke loudly. His presence was unforgettable.
Larry’s educational journey included several schools as well as time being homeschooled, each season shaping and preparing him into the brilliant young man he would become.
He also had an entrepreneurial spirit. From a young age, He raked leaves, shoveled snow, cut grass, & even cleaned gutters for neighbors. Being very charming & convincing, he could sell water to a whale. His love for business & real estate showed early, and you just knew he was destined to build something great.
Though King Larry transcended on February 10, 2026, his light did not leave us. His spirit lives on in every memory, every smile he sparked, & every life he touched.
Larry is preceded by many loved ones.
He leaves behind a devoted family who carry his memory in their hearts: his mother, Ashley Jones, & his stepfather, Richard Baker, his father, Trey Willingham, along with his siblings Royalti Truth, Richard Truth, Trent Willingham & Joree Willingham. His grandmothers, Antonia Larry, Rose Taylor, Lauretha Willingham preceeded by grandmother Antoinette Baker. His grandfathers, Antonio Jones, Dejuan Wright, Richard Baker Sr, preceeded by grandfather Eugene Willingham, Aunts & uncles Marlissa(Rahn), Mariah(Tray), Sakari, Rashad(Chenise) & Jamori, Ashaunta, Ronald, Vickie, Youlonda, Tawanda, Etuessa, Tamika, Eugene, Androplis, Torre, Demetrius, Bryant, Michael, Matthew & preceeded by his uncle Clint. Honorable mention his cousins Sakari, Massiah, Levi, Ezra, & preceeded by his cousin Samari. His God mother’s Rhonisha , Jasmine & his God brothers, Tristan, Braylen, & Deon. A host of additional aunts, uncles, & cousins, all of whom were touched by his vibrant spirit & unwavering love.
We celebrate the almost 17 beautiful years we were blessed with him.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever ours.
