Larry Garst, a man of wit, easy-going nature, and unwavering positivity, was born on June 15, 1946. He passed away peacefully on January 20, 2024. His life was a testament to kindness, love, and the power of family and faith.

His greatest pride lay in his beautiful family, and he was a beacon of joy and wisdom for all who knew him. His best lesson to those lucky enough to call him a friend or family member was simple, yet profound: "Be happy." His positivity was contagious, and he poured it generously into every interaction.

Larry is survived by his beloved daughter, Laura Stoy, and his cherished granddaughter, Piper Stoy. His love and pride for Piper were immense, and his beloved granddaughter will continue to carry on his legacy of kindness and love. Larry will also be lovingly remembered by his sister, Patricia Hevener, and his brother, Ben Garst.

His spiritual beliefs were an integral part of his life, shaping his perspective and approach to every situation. These beliefs and his steadfast positivity will be profoundly missed, but they will continue to inspire and guide those he left behind.

We will remember Larry's humor and the way he always filled our cups with positivity.
