Larry Dean Risner II, age 40 of Gratis Township, Ohio passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2022 in his home. He was the only son of Larry and Linda (Miller) Risner, born in MIddletown on July 9, 1982. He graduated from Preble Shawnee High School in 2001. He was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church. Larry leaves behind his children; Samantha Risner, Hailee Risner, Andrew Risner, Cara Risner, parents; Larry Risner I and Linda, his sisters; Angela Jones and Amy (Scott) Tweedle, paternal grandmother; Janet Risner Keller, nephews, Spencer (Keri), Bradley, Thomas, Caleb and great-nephew; Thomas. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; Kenneth and Frances Miller and paternal grandfather; Beecher Risner, Jr.

Larry was a wonderful friend to many and was always willing to listen and offer guidance. He never knew a stranger! Larry was an avid Cowboys fan. Music was an important part of Larry's life; he enjoyed playing the piano and guitar and had a great singing voice. His children were his life and his favorite thing was spending time with them. He will truly be missed by his family and all who knew him.

Services under the care of Baker Stevens-Paramore Funeral Home will take place at Edgewood Baptist Church 1010 West State Street, Trenton on Friday, September 23. Visitation is from 3:00pm -5:00pm Funeral Services will follow at 5:00pm with Pastor Keith Risner officiating. Condolences can be left at www.bakerstevensparramore.com.
