Larry's obituary
Larry Markel, Tucson, Arizona went home on January 30, 2025. He was born in 1943 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Larry, Lance Corporal, served in the United States Marine Corps from 1961-1965, including a tour in Vietnam.
In the past, among other positions, he was a Volunteer Police Officer in Washington State, worked as a Security Officer with the Pima County Sheriff's Office, and restored aircraft at the Pima County Air and Space Museum in Tucson, Arizona.
His favorite hobbies were building and flying model aircraft and traveling. He was a loving family man and made many friends. Finally, he was a Man of Honor.
