I remember being in 2nd or 3rd grade and I was getting off the bus from school. I walked about half way up the driveway when he pulled in from work.  He stopped to talk to me,  and had a huge box in the front seat,  I asked him what it was and he told me 'I brought you a present,  but it's really tiny and fragile and you have to promise to be careful and not hurt it' I was so excited I couldn't hold it in.  So he got out and walked around and put the box on the ground for me to see it,  and it was a HUGE (AND I MEAN HUGE) turtle. Probably the size of a truck tire.  I said,  "dad I think it had a growth spurt while you were driving!" He almost hit the floor laughing and hugged me and said "you're definitely my daughter"

My dad was the coolest dad I could have ever asked for.  But he was also a great parent. I'm 31 years old and the only thing he didn't teach me was how to live without him.  But i know I'll see him again one day.  I just wish he could have been here a little longer.  I love you daddy!

Scott was a wonderful man.  He came into my life in 7th grade and he was always so kind.  God rest your soul and we will see you again one day old friend
Scott Bostic was most definitely my soul mate.   I wish we had met years before so we could have had more time together, but God has his timing and we met when we were destined to meet.  We had so many wonderful times together and had such a deep devotion to one another.  We always said everyday several times a day that we loved one another.  We even have a sign over our door that says I Love You More!  I know he is with God and hopefully he is getting to play his drums and getting a little fishing in with friends and loved ones already passed.  We had so, so many laughs together and I still look at our pictures and videos and get to laugh all over again.   He always had my back like no one else ever has, he made me feel loved and protected.   I could be myself around him and same with him.  Anytime we acted silly the other would join right in and have the other laughing.  I know this was my once in a lifetime love and there will never be another and I am good with that and I will love him until the day I take my last breath.   I love you Scott Bostic and I always will!!!
