Larissa Marie Betron, age 42, of Shalimar, FL, gained her wings on January 12, 2025. Born to Lori and Michael Hilvar on June 16, 1982, in Ft. Walton Beach, FL, Larissa touched the hearts of everyone she encountered.

Known as the "Queen" of her family, Larissa truly lived up to the title. She was adored by all who knew her, and her radiant smile had the power to brighten anyone's day. Her joy for life was contagious, and after spending time with her, it was impossible to see anything but the good in the world.

Reese, as her family called her, had an incredible sense of humor, and no one could escape her laughter—even a stubbed toe would set her off! She never took life too seriously, always finding joy in the little things. Whether she was out exploring or spending time at Pyramid in Ft. Walton Beach, where she cherished moments with her many friends, Reese's love for life and people was evident in everything she did. Her light will be forever missed, but impossible to forget.

Larissa leaves behind her beloved sisters, Amanda Detore, Melissa Hyppolite, Kelly Hilvar, and Chelsea Perez, along with her brother, Michael Hilvar. She is also survived by her cherished brothers-in-law, Noe Detore, Marlon Hyppolite, and Jorge Perez, as well as her sister-in-law, Gabby Lisovich. Larissa’s legacy continues through her 11 adoring nieces and nephews as well. 

A Celebration of Life is planned for Sunday, January 26, 2025, at 5 pm at Cinco Baptist Church.
