Lanell Matlock was born on August 20th 1952 to Horace and Lorene Miller. Lanell married the love of her life Mike in August of 1974. Lanell lived in Spring for the last 40 years and was a very successful CPA . She was hard working and dedicated in all aspects of her life. Although Lanell and Mike had no biological children they spent countless weekends with their nieces and loved them as their own . They also had their pets, in earlier years they had samoyeds Punji ,Logan and Rowdy.In later years they had a Rottweiler, Rebar and 2 cats Ricochet and Tigger. To know her was to love her ,but make no mistake about it she didn't sugar coat anything and if you didn't want an honest answer then you had better not ask her lol. Lanell is survived by her niece Adrienne and husband Phillip Pasket , great neice Graycen and great nephew Phillip Michael Pasket who she lovingly called Michael as he was named after her late husband ..Lanell is also survived by her  sisters Jonnie Miller,Jerrie Powell and husband Peter,sister in law Donna Jackson and husband Boyd,Brother in law Roger Matlock and wife Wendy along with numerous other family members and special friends .
