I was a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper when I met Lance through his job for LTI. We had an instant connection in spite of his loyalty to the Denver Broncos! He is one of the few people I stayed in touch with after my retirement and his departure from LTI. Tailgated with him and his family in Denver (Calzones were delicious!) when Payton Manning destroyed Aaron Rodgers and the Packers but still had a great time with him and his family! Prayers and Love for him and all of his family and friends. I am a better person for having known Lance and he definitely touched a lot of lives. Rest in Peace my dear friend and brother 😢🙏❤️
So sorry to hear about Lance’s passing. May his bright smile and happy memories help to ease the family’s pain.
I worked with Lance at Motorola.  He was an amazing person with a heart of gold, hard worker, always willing to jump in and have a good laugh.  He always talked about his wife and kids - he was beyond proud.  Heaven has gained a great angel.  I will miss you Lance!  Until we meet again....

Last I knew you were going to be fine. Maybe you knew and just didn’t say. The world lost a great guy this week and it’s not ok. Far too young, too smart, too hard working— only God knows why. And, by now He’s told you. The rest of us won’t know until we see you again. Until then, See you later.
Sending love and prayers to Beth and family - Sara Gerrie and family

Oh the Bronco memories shared…
I have been fortunate enough to work with Lance since Feb 2016 when he started at WatchGuard and then Motorola.  He was one of my favorite sales guys because of his contagious joy! Who couldn't laugh when Lance started laughing? Whenever he would visit the Allen office, he would wear his big smile, give me a hug, and show pictures of his family (he has much to be proud of.) He worked hard to be able to take Beth on one of our President's Club trips, and he succeeded several times.   He certainly was a bright light and leaves a void on the earth and in my heart.  Much love and prayers to Beth, the kids and the rest of the family.  Love ya friend, and glad we will meet again in Heaven!

Sending prayers and love to Beth and family. From Marenette Rondaris and family
Our earthly lives will be poorer due to your absence. The love you have as a husband to Beth and father for Brayden and Samantha are a standard we all aspire too. Your indomitable bravery in this fight for your health inspires us to live as best as we can, and the surety that we will again see you in Heaven next to our Lord and Saviour Jesus brings us Hope and Peace as a lamp in the darkness of our sadness. I am proud to have called you my friend as well as coworker. Love you Lance, till we see each other again. -Tim
Lance was and is a genuine individual, loved by so many, filled with character and integrity, a family man and a friend.  You will be missed and we will see each other someday in the future.   If the family needs help don't hesitate to reach out.  303.881.8452
Lance was a gentle soul to work with.  Always calm and patient.  May God have His arms around all of Lance's family.
Sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with your entire family.
I worked with Lance at WatchGuard/Motorola. He was such a positive, kind person. I enjoyed working with him. We will miss him dearly. I pray for his family and friends to be surrounded with peace and love during this difficult time.
I worked with Lance at WatchGuard and Motorola.  His passion for life and family was an inspiration and his quick wit was always spot on. You will be missed my friend. Peace to the family and friends.
Lance was truly a kind soul. He was always very thoughtful and caring of people around him. You will be missed my friend.

For 10 years I was blessed to have Lance as a coworker, and friend. Lance was an amazing father, husband and friend. I admired his courage  in battling with his condition. Lance always would have kind and encouraging words to say whenever I spoke with him, even when he was not feeling his best. You will be missed my friend.

Sending heartfelt sympthay to Beth, kids and Martin family.

Lance was an incredible human, coworker, and friend. Always quick to help with advice or an encouraging word. The world has lost some of its radiance, but he lives on in spirit. Sending love, light, and peace to the Martin family.

For 3-years, I was blessed to be Lance Martin’s teammate at Motorola Solutions, Inc. Early in our relationship, Lance’s condition was diagnosed. I am absolutely in awe of Lance’s unflinching bravery and courageous attitude! He is a fearless friend and gentleman whom I greatly admire and respect!

I mourn his loss and offer heartfelt condolences to his wife, Beth (a pillar of strength), his young son and daughter, Brayden and Samantha, and his extended family.

Sincerely,

David McNulty
