Lamon Holloway, “Black” passed away on Aug 24, 2024, just shy of his 54th birthday. 

On Aug 26, 1970 Lamon was born in Tiptonville Tennessee. To Ruthie Lee Cesar and Theodore Holloway.

 Lamon left an indelible mark on everyone he encountered with his genuine warmth and strong spirit. He lived a life filled with love, laughter, and perseverance, teaching those around him the value of hard work and integrity.

After a year long courageous battle with cancer, Lamon fought until the end as he was able to make his transition, embraced by the warmth and support of his family. Lamon joined his heavenly son Kameron Cain who passed away 3 months prior to his passing.

Lamon’s legacy continues through his treasured family including his cherished children, Erica Holloway, Aubrey Taimi, Briana Rawlinson, Lamon Holloway Jr. Jaydan Holloway, Lashante Holloway, Taliyah Holloway, and Lyla Holloway. His life was further enriched by his 13 grandchildren. 

He will always be remembered as a beacon of strength and resilience, and his memory will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him. May his soul rest peacefully in eternal tranquility.
