On behalf of the Board of Directors of NorthWest Initiative, we appreciated Ms. Margaret being a founding member and serving for so many years!   She was my friend and I loved our many conversations since 2005 when I first met her.  Ms. Margaret was loved by everyone and I've heard so many wonderful stories over the years of how they met Ms. Margaret and the many nonprofits and groups that she supported in Lansing.  She will be forever remembered as the remarkable Lady Margaret Groves!!   We send our heartfelt condolences to Roger and the Groves Family!

I grew up with Roger on the west side of Lansing and remember his mother.  It has been 55+ years but my impressions were that of a kind and gentle person but someone who didn't let Roger get away with too much.

My heart felt condolences to the Groves family.
