Preceded in death by Paul and Carolyn Mullins (grandparents), Kenneth Dale Mullins (father), Victoria Stanley (mother), Nathan Mullins, Kenneth Mullins, and Jason Luddington (Brothers) and survived by her beloved husband Michael York, two children Victoria Mullins, Cody Stilwell, brother Ryan Luddington, sister Lisa Mullins, and biological father Timothy Johnston.
