Laddoo's obituary
To love and to be loved truly and unconditionally … That is everything!
Been more than a week since our beloved Laddoo left home chasing into the darkness and didn’t return the way we wanted him to. Lots of questions still unanswered, lots of guilt, anger and pain remains..Laddoo you have taken a piece of our hearts with you.
Very few could or will understand what he meant for us, especially his papa, who found him at an animal shelter 5 years back and felt that they had known each other forever.
People say that he’s in a better place and that he lived a good life …we will never know. It’s easier said than felt. Now as we grieve, we will let ourselves cry out, feel the pain in every moment that is now eerily silent without the loud meows and purrs of our little lovebug.
Laddoo’ papa and he shared a bond that to any other person would seem like a regular affection for a pet. Laddoo healed and loved his papa like no other human could have. Laddoo loved waking up everyone at home with his early morning meows, troubling his sister - tinkerbell, hiding from his little hooman brother- Avéer, being around his mama & papa during the day, loud meowing (especially when we were on important work calls) to be let out to chase the bugs & squirrels, and ending his day with cuddles and massages at bedtime. He was indeed our cat healer and pure soul.
We find solace in the fact that in the last 8 months, Laddoo lived up his life basking in the outdoors, even though the same outdoors dangerously took his life away.
Laddoo lived 50 years worth of life filled with endless love, purrs and fun in the last 5 years. We will remember and cherish him and all the joy he brought in our lives. Until we heal, we will cry until it aches but surely get back up and learn to live with his sweet memories. We will always have two purr babies - Tinkerbell and Laddoo.
Love you our eternal lovebug Laddoo, until we meet again at the Rainbow 🌈 Bridge.
Love , cuddles and purrs,
Papa, Mama,Tinku didi, Aveer and the rest of your family
