Lacquetta Denise Williams 61,  A loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother passed away peacefully on October 31,2021. Surrounded by her loving family . Mrs. Garcia was born on August 5, 1960 in Youngstown , Ohio to Arthur and Jeanette- Smith Williams . she is survived by her husband, three children,  eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  Three sisters, and two brothers. She was preceded in death by her parents, her Grandparents, a brother and a sister.
