Bico's obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the untimely passing of our beloved brother, father, son, and uncle, Kyron "Bico" Yazzie, who left this world on August 15, 2024. Born on January 5, 1984, Bico was known for his quiet strength, fierce loyalty, and profound love for his family.
Bico was predeceased by his caring mother, Marilyn Tapahonso; his adored grandmother, Lucille Tapahonso; his respected grandfather, Eugene Tapahonso, Sr.; and his dear brother, Karlos Yazzie. We know that Bico was welcomed warmly into Heaven by all of his cherished family members who had gone before him.
Left to remember Bico's loving spirit are his father, Richard Yazzie; his supportive sisters, brothers, aunts and uncles; and his cherished sons, Aillius Dugan Yazzie (6 yrs old) and Sylus Kyron Yazzie (8 yrs old). Bico took great joy in his role as a father, dedicating himself to the upbringing and well-being of his two boys.
An all-encompassing food lover, Bico had an appreciation for all types of cuisine. He found beauty in the art of graffiti and pencil drawings, and enjoyed immersing himself in games with his sons. He firmly believed in the importance of family time and cherished every moment spent with Aillius and Sylus.
Bico's life may have been shorter than we would have wished, but he lived it to the fullest. He taught us that there is immense value in each day and reminded us to always cherish our family. His legacy of love will continue through those he left behind.
In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted to provide support for funeral costs and ongoing care and support for his young children. Contributions can be made at https://everloved.com/life-of….
We will forever miss Bico's quiet strength, enduring loyalty, and the love that he held for us all. While his physical presence is no longer with us, the impact that he had on our lives will forever remain.
