Kum Jee and her husband were great neighbors. We shared many meals together. I always remember her smiling and welcoming face.

Dear Kim family,  I was so saddened to hear of Kim Jee’s passing. She was such a good friend during those long ago years in Yorktown. I have many fond memories of times together- be it bridge, book club, even just a walk- she was always happy to go.  It was my good fortune to count her as a friend. She will be greatly missed.

My deep condolences to you all.

We were very fond of the lovely and lively Kum Jee. She walked with us sometimes, and I, when I was alone,  was fortunate to have Thanksgiving dinner with she and Hajin. To Hajin and the entire family I send my most heartfelt condolences.

Kim Jee was one of the most upbeat and positive friends I know. We loved her sense of humor when we played Mah Jongg and Bridge. (We knew her secret that she liked to play "Winds.")

Hajin and family, we are sharing your grief in losing KumJee. Her memory is a blessing for all of us who loved her.

Auntie and Uncle were always such important people in my and my siblings' early lives, and they provided a home away from home when we returned to the US from Korea in the late 1970's. I will miss her and remember with gratitude how she would welcome us warmly when we would come to visit.
