Kristin Marie Jackson, born on January 23, 1973, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, passed away on December 29, 2024, in Winder, Georgia, after a courageous three-year battle with ALS. She was 51 years old.

Kristin is lovingly remembered by her mother, Deborah Stanick; her sons Joey Jackson (Briana) and Jamie Jackson; her daughter Katie Jackson; and her cherished grandchildren Kayden and Lucas. Her family was the center of her world, and she found immense joy in their love and presence.

Kristin dedicated much of her professional life to helping others as a pharmaceutical technician at Rite Aid before transitioning to a role in Accounts Payable at Venture Construction Company. Her colleagues and friends admired her work ethic and kind spirit.

Known for her selflessness and open heart, Kristin welcomed anyone in need into her home without hesitation. She gave freely of herself to support others and left an indelible mark on all who knew her. Her devotion to family and generosity of spirit will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.

A memorial service to honor Kristin’s life will be held on Saturday, January 11th, at 2:00 PM at Holly Springs Baptist Church, located at 1365 Old Loganville Road, Loganville, Georgia.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the ALS Foundation to support families facing this disease and further research toward a cure.

Kristin’s legacy of love and compassion will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her. May her memory bring comfort and peace to all who mourn her passing.
