Kreann's obituary
Kreann was born to Kenneth Klingenberg and Linda Klingenberg on July 15th, 1970 in Wenatchee Washington. She was the eldest of her siblings; Darcy and Nichole. Here in Wenatchee Valley, she lived a vibrant life, whether that be running to and from ballet practice, softball practice, or raising lambs for 4-H. Kreann was always so bright, smart, and caring.
Kreann found her passion and volunteered as an EMT from 1992 - 1996. Kreann took the next step, and graduated in 1996 from Central Washington University, she was elated finding out that she was one of three women chosen from 750 applicants. From here she pursued her dream of caring for people as a paramedic in Chelan. Working diligently at the Lake Chelan Community Hospital from 1996 to 2008. Living in Chelan for nearly 20 years, she accomplished the biggest achievement and became a mother to two beautiful daughters Holly Hunter (1994) and Ellissa Godfrey (1997). Kreann whole heartedly believed in the Lord and did her best to live a life devoted to God. Kreann enjoyed outreach volunteering, reading, church, and spending time with her family.
Kreann went to be with the Lord on December 28th, 2023 She is survived by Linda Klingenberg (Mother), Kenneth Klingenberg (Father), Darcy Klingenberg (Sister), Nichole Klingenberg (Sister), Holly Hunter (Daughter), Ellissa Godfrey (Daughter), and three beautiful grandchildren, Poppy, Ezra, and Bridget Godfrey.
Kreann was known for her caring, loving, and fun personality. Her vivacious spirit will be greatly missed, but her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all those who were fortunate enough to know and love her. While we mourn the loss of a wonderful woman, we also celebrate the life she lived and cherish the time we had with her. She will forever be in our hearts.
Kreann's memorial service will be held on January 27th, 2024 at 1pm at the Church of the Nazarene. We ask that in lieu of flowers a donation would be made on behalf of Kreann to the NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Chelan-Douglas.
