It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Kittie Babineaux on May 29, 2025. Born on May 14, 1959, Kittie lived a full and vibrant life, embodying positivity, fun, and a spirited outgoing nature. She was often the life of the party, made others laugh, enjoyed traveling, and had a crafty side. Kittie had an undeniable love for lions and live music, especially The Eagles.

Kittie was predeceased by her loving husband, Greg Babineaux, and her father, Charles Pfelger. Kittie leaves behind a large, loving family that includes her mother, Carol Christensen, and her brother, Don Fender Jr. She was a proud and loving mother to her son, Michael Babineaux, her daughter, Kristina Babineaux, and her stepsons, Joe and Jason Babineaux. Kittie was also a beloved mother-in-law to Erin Taylor.

Her legacy continues through her adoring grandchildren: Chelsea, Caity, Jamie, Samantha, Anthony "Tony", Alyssa, Jon, Finn, and Levi;  her great -grand children: Cody, Carson, and Alyson. Each of them will carry her lessons of love and acceptance, and her spirit of fun and kindness, wherever they go.

Kittie will be remembered for her exceptional ability to raise two amazing children and create a home filled with laughter, warmth, and love. Her strong, loving presence will be deeply missed.
