Kimberly's obituary

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Kimberly Vargo a cherished matriarch of warmth, humor and resilience. She passed away on October 1, 2025. Born on December 10, 1956, Kimberly was a beacon of positivity throughout her life, embodying a spirit that truly seized the day. She is survived by her loving daughters Sara Wright & Mary Bourgoin who inherits her strength and unwavering love. Also surviving brothers, Mark and David and sisters, Karen, Chris and Susan.

Kimberly's passions in life were as diverse as her personality. She had a particular fondness for flavorful foods, including tacos, spaghetti, steak & crab. Her favorite beverages ranged from the simple pleasure of coffee to the refreshing tang of lemonade and nutrition-laden smoothies. Music was a significant part of her life and she enjoyed a wide variety of artists spanning from Carol King to Frank Sinatra.

She loved loosening up with "trash TV" such as The Real Housewives and the Kardashians. A fan of cult classics, one of her favorite films were Cat Ballou Jane Fonda and Lee Marvin , &  Butch Cassidy. Art was a refuge for Kimberly, with Van Gogh and Monet being her favored artists. She was so fond of art, her sister Karen would send her own painted canvas painting & she hung them proudly all over her home. She enjoyed games too, with Spoons taking the top spot. Kimberly was also a fan of live performances from Phantom of the Opera and held Wicked in high regard after attending it with her daughter, Sara. A birthday gift from her older brother David, who lived in Naples, Florida.

Kimberly was always happiest when engaging in recreational activities with her grandchildren and saw playtime with them as a form of exercise. Her favorite vacation destination was Naples, Florida, and her local hangout  was downtown Plymouth. She had a special fondness for the color Kelly Green and turquoise.

Described as thoughtful, silly, kind, and loving, Kimberly was a beacon of strength and a testament to the belief that independent women can accomplish anything. Cherishing her two beautiful daughters as her greatest accomplishments, Kimberly's legacy is a testament to seizing the day and making the most of life's moments.

Kimberly Vargo was a loving and compassionate mother who always managed to bring laughter and smiles to those around her. She weathered the fluctuations of life with grace, raising her daughters with the same perseverance. She was twice blessed in marriage, sharing her life with two wonderful men, Leonard & Stephan; step-son, Nathan. Kimberly's loss is deeply felt by her family and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
