Many years ago when Shawn was a beautiful baby boy and my son Jack was a beautiful baby boy she and I advocaged arm in and arm and heart to heart for the rights to a better world for our children to live, learn, work and play in.  I am sorry to learn of Kim's passing. It has been many years since she and I have crossed paths. My deepest sympathy to the family.

Kim and I ran around and one summer she had located a farmer that if we picked 2 bags of green beans, we got to keep a bag for free, so a couple times a week, we would go to the farm and pick green beans, etc and then can all of these vegetables and fruits, she had convinced me that she had canned in the past but needed her memory refreshed, so we had fun all summer canning and going to the farm.  At the end of the summer, she confessed to me that she had never canned in her life, she was afraid I wouldn't want to do this if she had no idea what she was doing either.  We always had a lot of fun running around, she had 2 boys and I had 2 girls around the sames ages at that time.  She will be missed, so sorry for your loss.
