Kim's obituary
Kim L. Robinson, born on January 1, 1962, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2025, at the age of 63. She was a mother, grandmother, and sister who brought joy to those around her with her vibrant personality, infectious laugh, and genuine warmth. Kim’s life was marked by resilience in the face of great challenges, as she battled mental illness and homelessness for much of her life. Despite these struggles, she remained a social, bubbly spirit who cherished the simple pleasures in life.
Kim was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Carolyn Grenier and Nathan Robinson Sr., as well as her siblings, Nathan Robinson Jr. and Nicholas Grenier. She leaves behind her daughter, Chanel Elliman Greco, and son-in-law, Jim Greco, along with three grandchildren: Justice Greco, Jayden Greco, and Jersey Greco. Kim is also survived by her sister, Nicole Robinson Cendejas, and a host of nieces, nephews, including Erica Robinson, Quemille Payton, Dela Harlley, Sena Harlley, Keilani Cendejas, Nathan Robinson III, Candice Robinson, and Nicholas Robinson. As well as many great nieces and nephews Wayne, Willow, Wisdom, Winter, Athena, Calayia, Aniya, Ausha and Amir.
Though Kim’s journey was not easy, she will be remembered for the love she gave and the laughter she shared. She was a bright light in the lives of those who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.
A private memorial service will be held in her honor, where Kim’s immediate family will gather to celebrate Kim’s life and the memories she leaves behind.
May Kim rest in peace, knowing she was loved deeply and will never be forgotten.
