Kim L Keltner, 69, of Alton, Illinois, passed away on March 18, 2023. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 18, 1954 to the late Bob and Peggy Stanhope.

Kim’s immense love of the outdoors inspired a lifetime of painting and drawing that was loved by many. Whether birdwatching or camping with friends, God’s creation brought so much joy to her life.

Kim spent most of her working years taking care of and working with the elderly.

Kim is survived by her Son, Jeremy Keltner (wife Melisa), Her Sister, Jodi Shearer (Husband David), Her Brother, Robert Stanhope, Two Granddaughters, Zael Keltner and Thea Keltner and Great Granddaughter, Eden Keltner, several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will take place at a later date.
